What is a hatbody?

A hatbody is the unformed or semi-formed basic structure of a hat, used for subsequent processes such as blocking, shaping, and decoration. It is the core raw material for making felt hats, wool felt hats, wide-brimmed hats, etc.

What materials are your hatbodies made of?

We mainly use high-quality Australian merino wool felt, cashmere, or wool/rabbit fur blend felt.  Different weights and stiffnesses are available according to customer needs.

Can you customize colors or Pantone color codes?

Yes. We support custom dyeing according to the Pantone color codes provided by the customer, suitable for brand development and exclusive color customization.

What sizes and weight specifications are available?

Products are available in different weights from lightweight (e.g., 60g+) to heavyweight (e.g., 300g+), with varying crown heights and brim widths.

Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We support OEM (production according to customer design) and ODM (design and production), including materials, colors, sizes, labels, and packaging.
